Deck, basement, & bathroom

On this house, we started in with the exterior and rebuilt the deck. The composite material made the new deck much more pleasing and durable. The new metal railing also added a subtle accent, making the deck the place to be in the backyard.

We also updated the finishes, added a fireplace, and painted in the basement. This created another living space. To complete the new living space, we installed a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
